I've ordered flowers from many different florists over the years and I've rarely been 100% satisfied. Either the arrangement wasn't as pictured, the delivery time wasn't as promised, or the price was astronomical. I was beginning to think that flowers weren't worth the frustration! However, I recently called Casselman's from out of province and was MORE than 100% satisfied! The woman who took my order was wonderful and friendly and took the time to help me design an arrangement that was exactly what I had in mind. She answered all my questioned professionally and when I hung up the phone, I felt she wasn't just doing a job, but actually cared that I wanted to send something special. My sister was so surprised and blown away by the beautiful arrangement. The flowers were fresh and the bouquet was huge! She sent me a photo and I, too, was amazed at how well the florist turned my vision of something "soft and feminine" into a gorgeous gift that far exceeded my expectations. Thank you to everyone who made the day extra special for both my sister and I! I would definitely recommend your shop and wish I lived closer to thank you personally!
