Delivery Policy
Orders after 12:00 noon may require next day delivery. We will do our best to accommodate deliveries at specific times of day, but we cannot guarantee it.
Deliveries requested on Sundays will be delivered the following business day.
Delivery of orders to rural route addresses or cemeteries cannot be guaranteed.
We cannot always guarantee AM or PM delivery times, but are always willing to do our best to meet your time-of-day requests, whenever possible, except for Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas. In many cases we are limited by time zone variations and/or the amount of available time needed to fulfill an order as quickly as possible to your satisfaction.
During busy holiday times we always recommend placing your order well in advance. Valentine's Day, Mother's Day and Christmas are generally the busiest flower-giving times during the year. For Mother's Day in particular, we recommend choosing a delivery date early during the week before Mother's Day. Mom will love the early gift of flowers!
Please note that our delivery drivers are often not allowed to take a flower order directly to the recipient's room in hospitals, hotels, nursing homes, and in some businesses or military installations. Due to the unique nature of these deliveries, we will gladly provide delivery to the reception desk or suitable equivalent.
Anonymous Sender - In the event that a customer wants to remain anonymous, it is the policy of Casselman Florist and Gifts to disclose to the recepient the name of the sender if inquired. This policy has been put in place due to past experiences and is for the safety of all our clients.

Substitution Policy
Occasionally, substitutions may be necessary to create your bouquet due to the availability of certain flowers in various parts of the country. Care is taken to maintain the style, theme and color scheme of the arrangement, using flowers of equal value. Additionally, the substitution of certain keepsake items may be necessary due to increased demand, especially during major holidays. In single-flower arrangements, such as an all rose bouquet, or orchids, we will make every attempt to match the flower type, but may substitute with another color.
